Pick your rewards with care. Some examples of ways to reward yourself include a new clothing item, piece of musical gear, or a small portion of your favorite dessert. No matter what you may decide to reward yourself with, make sure its something you are motivated towards having. The stronger your motivation is, the better your results will be.
