This women’s trouble zone workout is an arms and legs workout that will help you tighten up those trouble spots. Each of the trouble zones exercises works both legs and arms in the same move, which helps you burn more fat and get through your workout faster! No more trouble zones with this workout!

There are three exercises in this trouble spot workout. Do each of the trouble zone toning moves for 10-12 reps. Depending on your strength and fitness level, do the entire trouble spots workout 2 – 3 times through.
