My name is Shakera - welcome to my channel! I create health, wellness, fitness, and beauty videos. Much like the 30-day squat challenge, I have a 500 squats a day challenge that is the epitome of who I am as a fitness instructor. I like to challenge myself and my people that I work with to push themselves. Start with 500 squats a day, or 50 - it's your choice. I just want you to move and stay healthy! I also teach viewers about how to use apple cider vinegar to lose weight, as well as, how I use apple cider vinegar for wellness purposes in general. Because food is important, more important that your workouts I also have health recipes such as my honey sriracha tofu recipe. This spicy and healthy tofu recipe is a fan favorite!

A Simple But Fast Program To Lose Weight After 30, 40, 50 ,60
Motivation is a key factor in determining the success of any fitness regime. It is extremely important for you to not only create goals, but get motivated to achieve those goals too. One of the most critical of these goals is to find ways to make working out enjoyable and interesting. Learn to make exercise rewarding and something you to which you look forward. Follow these tips and you're going to be one step closer to where you want to be.

Turn on music when you exercise. Music can make your body naturally move to the rhythm and beat. Music makes exercise fun. It can get the blood pumping as if you are dancing. This is why most cardio workouts are set to music. If you take your thoughts somewhere else and not on how tired you are, you will work out for a few more minutes.

Remember that exercising in groups is always easier. Make your workout a social event. Working out with people you like can make it fun. When you are working out with a friend, time will pass much more quickly. Pleasant company is distracting enough so that you won't focus on your aching muscles. Working out with friends can be more fun than you think.

Distract yourself, and your workout routine will fly by! A great way to take your mind off your routine is to use a video game exercise routine. There are numerous options to choose from. You can maneuver a boat through a winding waterway or bowl the perfect game. Maybe boxing a virtual opponent is your thing? Depending on your preferences, there are video games geared for workouts that don't feel like exercise.

Go out shopping for some fun and exciting new clothes for exercise. Look for workout clothing that goes well with your body and that you feel comfortable in. When choosing your workout outfit, add some of your own style and creativity to it. Use your workout clothes to express your personality and flair. If you feel great about the clothing that you wear, you will feel great about exercising in them.

Keep your exercise routine interesting by avoiding repetition. Shake things up. Boredom is the biggest enemy of a productive workout. You may lose faith entirely and stop your work out if you don't have the right determination. Consider changing your workout regularly. This will help you to stay motivated in the long run. By allowing yourself to cease working out, you put yourself at risk of eliminating the benefits you have already achieved.

When you reach one of your fitness goals, reward yourself. Doing so strongly encourages you to keep working hard. Make the reward something simple yet desirable, such as a new shirt or a delectable dessert. Make sure the treats involved are pleasurable, but easily attainable.

Exercising does not have to be a chore. Believe it or not, a workout routine can actually be a lot of fun. Here are a few tips that will add some excitement and fun into your exercise routine.
