Buddy up for these 8 bodyweight exercises you can do with a friend. It's a total body, 20 minute workout including partner planks, squats, dips and crunches!

Grab your partner and complete 12 reps for each exercise each partner does 12 reps. Once you complete all 8 exercises take a 1 minute rest and repeat the entire circuit x 2-3 sets; or repeat as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
