one one/2  cup of uncooked almonds


one one/4  cup of uncooked pecans


one Tablespoon of vanilla bean extract (or eight-ten drops of vanilla product stevia – I like to use Sweet Leaf Stevia )


one Tablespoon of Maple Syrup


one/2 heaping teaspoon of salt flakes



one – Preheat your oven to 175’C (350’F)


2 – Line a big baking sheet with baking/parchment paper (or a non adhere silpat mat) and pour on your almonds and pecans, earning sure they are distribute evenly – aka not crowded.


three – Roast your nuts for seven-ten minutes, till fragrant, frivolously toasted and gloriously golden.
