Single Straight Leg Stretch on the mat with a Magic Circle is an advanced Variation of an intermediate Pilates Exercise. Lying on your back, hold the circle in the heels of your hands. Bring your knees into your chest curl your head and chest up. Straighten your legs up to the ceiling and lower one leg halfway down. Pulse your other leg towards the circle two times then switch.
Reps: 5-10 each leg

Fine Tune the Exercise: Press your low ribs into the mat to increase the curl of your chest. Only pulse the leg coming towards you. The leg going away from you should only go as low as you don't lose the connection to your core.
