2017 Food items Prep - Week 10

Hello pals!


Time for a further round of foodstuff prep!

I created:



Sunday evening we ate pulled pork for meal with guac and egg wraps


Monday evening I created Chicken Phillys. Just sauteed hen, peppers and onions with some seasonings. I served them deconstructed for Squish, on a bun topped with cheese for hubby and with chips, salsa and avocado for me (best row of photos).


Hubby ate the stuffed hen for lunch numerous times and I experienced plenty of hummus with toppings and turkey sandwiches and apples.


Tuesday for meal I created salmon cakes. Just cooked some wild caught salmon, flaked it, mixed in an egg, some thai chili sauce and ginger, some garlic and about 3/four cup crushed Uncomplicated Mills crackers (as a substitute of breadcrumbs) and baked for twenty minutes, flipping at the time. Even though they had been cooking I microwaved some eco-friendly beans and cooked some pasta to best with marinara for Squish and I. Hubby ate his with broccoli and ninety sec brown rice.


Wednesday afternoon Squish and I created some effortless banana pancakes for a snack.


Wednesday for meal Squish and hubby experienced Annies mac and cheese with peas and hen sausage mixed in. I experienced scrambled eggs with chicke sausage, avocado and salsa.


Thursday evening we went out for Mexican. Squish experienced a hen quesadilla with 50 % the cheese, I experienced fish tacos and hubby experienced fajitas.


Final 7 days I focused on getting prior to and afters of Squish’s foods so glance for a put up this 7 days with some ideas on what I pick to serve him vs what he chooses to consume!


Friday I created scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast for hubby and I, we ate leftovers for lunch and we went out to meal.
