Tension Cooker Hearty Lentil Beer Soup

Ingredients:
- two tablespoons olive oil

- two carrots, diced
- six cups vegetable broth
- one cup dried black lentils
- 3/4 cup dried purple lentils
- one medium potato, peeled and diced
- two bay leaves
- one teaspoon dried thyme
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Freshly floor black pepper, about 20 grinds
- one (twelve-ounce) beer, your alternative
- one tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
Instructions:
