    romaine lettuce, chopped

    significant mango, diced


  • 2
    avocados, diced


  • four
    environmentally friendly onions, diced

    roasted bell peppers, drained




Directions




  1. Put together dressing by combining all dressing elements in a bowl and whisking to combine. 




  2. Warmth a significant skillet above medium warmth and insert avocado oil. Period hen with salt and pepper on the two sides.
