Salad
- 4 cups arugula/rocket (loosley packed)
- one fennel bulb (thinly sliced)
- 100 grams | 3.5 ounces smoked salmon (thinly sliced)
- one avocado (diced)
- one orange (peeled and slice into slices)
- one/two cup radishes (sliced)
- one/two cucumber (diced)
Dressing
- two tablespoons orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- one tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- one/two tablespoon dijion mustard
- one/two teaspoon honey
- pinch of black pepper
Dressing
