Exercise your glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps. Control the lifting and lowering of your legs. Avoid movement in the lower back. Repeat movement with both legs. Keep pubis off the floor. Do 5 - 8 repetitions per leg. This exercise strengthens your legs, especially your hamstrings and quadriceps muscles.
