The plank (also called a front hold, hover, or abdominal bridge) is an isometric core strength exercise that involves maintaining a position similar to a push-up for the maximum possible time.
The Plank Exercise is most commonly held in a push-up-like position, with the body's weight borne on forearms, elbows, and toes. The arms should be directly under the shoulders, with the entire body in a straight line (from toes to head) and the back completely flat.
Mountain climbers are a great full body workout to help burn more calories, increase your athletic performance, great for the abs.
They can be performed anywhere great to include as HIIT Training for Weight Loss or overall fitness.
The benefit muscular and cardiovascular fitness while also improving flexibility, blood circulation and overall strength.
Side Bridge is similar to a plank
Plank to Downward Dog exercise is simple and get to follow with the video. Downward dog is common with yoga which is usually a static isometric hold position. For this exercise, we are going to get the abs to contract.
Hover to Plank is simple, from a plank position in your elbows and forearms you want to use 1 hand and push up, then one fully extended to a push-up position on your hands, use the other hand to follow the action. Then reverse the action to come back down to the starting position of the exercise on your forearms and elbows.
This is a challenge and a very good exercise to get fit.
