10 reverse lunge + pulse on smith machine (or use barbell)
20 side-to-side jumps over bench or box
Superset 2 | 3 sets
10 standing cable hamstring curls (use ankle strap or handle)
12 standing cable donkey kicks (bend leg and knee and kick back)
Superset 3 | 4 sets
8 single-leg side press on leg press machine (each leg)
12 frog presses on leg press machine
Tri-set | 3 sets
10 single-leg decline hip-ups with barbell (each leg)
10 split squats with box (each leg)
20 curtsy lunges with barbell
