Single Straight Leg Stretch on the mat is an all levels Pilates Exercise. Lying on your back, bring your knees into your chest and curl your head and chest up. Straighten both legs to the sky and grab one ankle with both hands. Lower the opposite leg down halfway. Pull your leg into you 2 times and then switch. Repeat.
Reps: 5-10 sets
