If you’ve been reading through my weblog for years and years (given that 2011, to be exact), you may keep in mind some of these photographs. Now that I’m performing movies, I’m going back to some of the most well-known older recipes on the blog to remake them with a video and updated photos.

No Bake Chocolate Pie

Adapted from my Greatest Chocolate Fudge Pie

No Bake Chocolate Pie

Total Time: 5m
Yield: eight slices

Ingredients

  • twelve.3 oz silken or firm tofu (Soy-Free recipe here)
  • one 1/two tsp cocoa powder
  • eight-10 oz of your preferred chocolate bars or one one/2 cup chocolate chips
  • one tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk of selection
  • scant 1/8 tsp salt
  • two-3 tbsp pure maple syrup or other sweetener

Guidelines

Break up the chocolate and meticulously melt, either on the stove or in the microwave. Then throw almost everything into a foods processor and blend till fully smooth. Pour into a pie crust if wanted. Refrigerate. It will get firmer the longer it sits and is firmer if you use company tofu or more like mousse pie if you use silken. Have enjoyable attempting out different-flavored chocolate bars!
