Components:

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
one small onion, chopped
1 package of sliced mushrooms (about eight ounces)
one.5 cups of artichoke hearts from a jar, drained
two teaspoons of Italian seasoning
one.five teaspoons of sea salt
1 teaspoon of fresh cracked black pepper
three/4 cup of broth or white wine
1 pint container of grape tomatoes, every grape tomato sliced in half.

Directions:
