This week I decided to film a live group class for you guys with some of my favorite students :) This intermediate vinyasa flow yoga class will strengthen your core and help you get deeper into twists. We do some floor core work followed by some standing poses like chair twist, revolved triangle and exhalted warrior. You will need to have one block to do this class! This was my first time filming a live yoga class and it was a lot of fun. Felt pretty nice not to have to do all the work ;) Let me know if you enjoyed it and I will be sure to make more like these in the future!

Buy some exercise clothes to gather inspiration for your workouts. Choose clothes that you know you will feel good about wearing. You can find workout gear in every color and style imaginable. They can look great and be fun. Show off your unique style! Choose an outfit you normally wouldn't. If you feel good in what you are wearing, and if you have an assortment of outfits, then you will want to show them off at the gym.
To avoid monotony, it is a good idea to change your fitness routine on a regular basis. Keeping a varied, interesting routine will help you stay focused and motivated. You will be less likely to skip exercising when you have an interesting exercise to try.
You should plan incentives to use as rewards when you reach a goal to keep yourself motivated. You are not required to wait until you have reached your final goal to celebrate your accomplishments. Make sure the reward you choose is indulgent, even if it's simple. Small rewards like forbidden food, new clothes, or a pair of earrings will be more than enough to keep you motivated. Make your reward a reasonable one. You will go further if you have sufficient motivation.
