Leg Springs on the Reformer is a beginner Pilates Exercise. Lying on your back bring your knees into your chest to start. Your arms are up on the poles. If you are new your elbows are bent, hands higher then your elbows. More advanced your arms will be straighten. As you do each variation keep your tailbone into the mat and your ribs pulling in.

Reps: 5-10 of each variation

In order to stay on the right path for achieving your fitness objectives, try to keep from becoming bored. You don't have to settle for mundane workouts that don't excite you. Having a good attitude and approaching your workouts the right way will increase your enjoyment of your exercise routine. Take a new attitude toward fitness by applying these helpful ideas.
