WELCOME to Fightmaster Yoga, I'm Lesley Fightmaster (yes...that's really my last name). Before yoga, my head would never shut up! I felt anxious and uncomfortable. I stressed about the future and regretted the past. I was wound so tightly, took myself way too seriously and carried the weight of the world on my shoulders. I hardly ever laughed. Morning yoga taught me to breathe, to connect and to find space. My intention for this fitness channel is to help you quiet your mind and get comfortable in your own skin. Let go of the past and the future and get present on your mat. If you're having a rough day, find some relief here. If you're beating yourself up, roll out your mat, push play and know that everything's going to be alright. We can all take ourselves a little too seriously. My free yoga videos will help you to laugh more and stress less. The Fightmaster Yoga community will love you SO MUCH that you won't have any choice but to love yourself. Subscribe now and join the fun!

A Easy But Effective Program To Lose Weight After 40, 50 and Above
Without proper motivation, efforts to get fit are sure to fail. Often, you may not have the willpower, or you do not know how to accomplish your goals. If you come up with some ideas that are fun, you will stay motivated to stick with your routine.

A good song can do wonders to get you moving. No can resist moving their feet to a catchy beat or singing along to their favorite tunes. You would be missing out if you don't build music into you exercise program! Turn on your favorite songs, and start moving! The music provides an incentive to help you persevere and get into shape.

Bring some friends with you to work out. Making it a social event will make your exercise more fun! When you have someone to work out with, your exercise routine will seem less lengthy and boring. Working out with your friends will help you focus on fellowship and conversation instead of any tiredness you may feel. When you are working out with a friend, it can be very fun.

Get a video game for your console that includes physical fitness. This will offer you a great alternative to your standard workout routine. By participating in a video game, you will not be thinking about the workout you are enduring. Because your body does not realize that it is tired, you are able to put in a longer and more strenuous workout.

Buy clothing that flatters your figure. This is a great way to motivate yourself. There is a wide selection of workout clothing available. Therefore, it is easy to select a creative outfit to exercise in. Wearing these outfits will make you want to start working out.

Monotony will sabotage your fitness plans so keep things interesting! By keeping yourself interested, you lessen the likelihood that you will give up on your fitness goals. Change up your routine often, and you will stay interested in working out. If you don't have any interest and stop, it will be much harder to get back up and try again.

You should plan incentives to use as rewards when you reach a goal to keep yourself motivated. You are not required to wait until you have reached your final goal to celebrate your accomplishments. Choose rewards with responsibility. Small things, such as a portion of an appetizing dessert or a new piece of clothing are great incentives. You can make this reward simple but worthwhile even if you are on a budget. Success follows motivation.

Despite what it's called, working out doesn't always have to be work; it can be fun, too! This article's tips will show you how to make your workouts fun.
