(CLICK TO EXPAND) Good morning yogis! This week I'm bringing you a 45 minute Yoga Flow class that focuses on reclined, seated and standing twists! Twists are some of my favorite poses to do as they bring a boost of energy, relieve aches and pains in the low back, stimulate healthy digestion and improve mobility of the spine.
Twists are often associated with detoxing and although that may sound like a bunch of nonsense, all that's really meant by this is that twists support the natural process of digestion and elimination by compression and decompressing the internal organs.
This is an intermediate level practice that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed! Enjoy!

An enjoyable exercise program is best because it will make it easier to stick with working-out consistently. Creating a workout routine that works for you will make it difficult to resist working out! This article provides you with the advice you need in order build a great exercise program.
An easy way to get your body moving is to crank up some great music. No can resist moving their feet to a catchy beat or singing along to their favorite tunes. Not including music in your exercise routine should be against the law. Crank up some music and shake your body! The music provides an incentive to help you persevere and get into shape.
Find a companion to work with, and you will be able help each other along the way as you try to lose weight and get healthier. This way you have a partner with whom you can track your progress with and someone who will be there with you to exercise. By talking to friends while exercising, it can make the time go by faster. When you enjoy your workout, it will become something that you look forward to instead of something you dread.
Your workout will often go faster if you take your mind off of what you are doing. That's why many people work out with headphones. Specially designed video games can go a long way toward doing just that! There are many different games that you can choose from. You may have a blast pretending you're playing a game of tennis, or get your thrills from virtual boat riding. Maybe boxing a virtual opponent would be to your liking? Regardless of which type of workout you prefer, you can easily get lost in a video game.
If you can afford it, take yourself shopping for workout clothes, so you will be more motivated to exercise. Find workout wear that you feel good in. There are many different stylish and colorful workout clothes you can buy. Your clothes should be fun and make you feel good about yourself. Dare to be different! Choose an outfit you normally wouldn't. You need to select a range of workout garments that help get you excited about exercising.
Be sure you don't continually do the same exercises because you will get tired of them and may stop exercising altogether. You may loose your motivation to work out if you get bored. Altering your workout routines so there is plenty of variety will assist you in staying interested and focused. This is a critical point, because if you quit working out you will lose momentum, and it can be difficult to start over from scratch.
When you reach one of your goals, give yourself a reward. The promise of a reward can keep you motivated by giving you something fun to anticipate and work towards. You can use little rewards for yourself. They don't need to be large purchases; anything that will keep you motivated is worth it. Spend a day at the beach or take a day trip to the spa.
Who says a fitness regime can't be exciting and even enjoyable? If you keep a positive attitude, you'll find plenty of ways to keep your workouts entertaining. Take a new attitude toward fitness by applying these helpful ideas.
