3 Ingredient Pancakes

Difficult to think, correct? I noticed this recipe on Facebook and knew that I had to give it a try out. I just took place to have a number of bananas that were obtaining beyond the ripe stage, so the timing was perfect. I’ve tried the two Ingredient Cookies and 2 Ingredient Ice Cream, and the two of them are now well-liked in my house. I was a tiny skeptical about this a single, but they turned out to be fantastic! These pancakes are truly high in protein, lower calorie, gluten-cost-free, paleo friendly, and taste truly great!!!! The bananas make them sweet ample to just consume plain, but you can garnish them nonetheless you’d like.

Ingredients: 1 massive ripe banana, two eggs, and cinnamon (optional). This helps make about 2 modest servings, so double or even triple the recipe for the household. Mash the banana(s) really nicely with a fork, and then wisk  together with your eggs and cinnamon. Heat your stove to a reduced to medium setting. I set mine at the notch just beneath medium and they turned out ideal. Spray your pan with cooking spray or grease the bottom with a little bit of butter. The pancakes are a small flimsier than your conventional pancakes, so make them little (less complicated to flip that way). Heat on every side for about 2 minutes. I just lifted up the edges a tiny to see when they had been done.

I was genuinely impressed with how these turned out! The pancakes truly kept their shape and tasted delicious. And, simply because they are so moist, there is no cutting needed merely dig in with your fork. My 7 yr previous daughter scarfed them down, so I know I’ll be making them typically!
