Tricep Dip Exercise Modification - plus size - workout - episode 10

Hitting the back of our arms is a challenge. Many women struggle with showing their arms. Frankly, our bodies are awesome, and being plus size doesn't equal arms covered. For me, I focus on triceps to increase my strength and ability. While this is not where I started doing triceps, which are a small group of muscles, and help with the "bat wings" .... this is one of many tricep exercises. Find out how I did it as a plus size woman on a journey to fit while loving my body day 1 and ever yday.

People were only sharing their before and their after. The best of their journey, not the struggles. I started sharing what I found was lacking. I wanted to know what it looked like, sounded like, and felt like. This is for beginners or others that struggle on how to apply the vast knowledge available to use in health and fitness to our bodies. To break through what held us back. It is my hope that I inspire you to never want to quit again.

Switch things around and make things different to keep your motivation going strong. Switch up the music or maybe even change your routine. Look for new and interesting workouts all the time.


Celebrating small accomplishments can help you stay motivated. Get yourself something small that will make you feel good and motivate you to want to keep working to get the next little gift. Choose rewards that are healthy, easy to access and that won't set you back. Remember not to compromise yourself by eating a whole cheesecake as a reward! Opt for fat-free or low-fat food options if you are going to reward yourself with food. This reward will help you stay motivated to lose weight.


Exercise is not just about tiring, hard work. If you learn some fun and exciting ways to change it up, exercise can actually turn out to be something you can actually look forward to doing. Browse through these tips on how to make your workout routine fun and exciting.
