Sit cross legged or on your knees. Back straight and chest open.

0.38 Golf Balls - Elbows bent, palms facing the ceiling, and imagine you're squeezing a golf ball in between your shoulder blades. Circling the elbows and the arms backwards and also forwards.

Make sure your arms are not just flopping around! Keep the tension in your shoulders and biceps!

1.07 - Back Behinds - arms out, reach long and extend the arms, palms facing down, then squeeze elbows in by your side, turning the palms up.

1.24 - Walnut Crushers - Arms above your head, elbows wide and in line with the shoulders. Clench your fists or keep hands open and bounce the elbows back and forward.

Anyone with neck and shoulder tension simply lower the height of your elbows. Make sure you are targeting your deltoids and back, not your neck.

1.49 - Goal Post Punches - Elbows start in the goal post position - elbows bent and shoulder height, arms up. Rotate your hands down, keeping elbows in the same position. Extend hand out to the side, bend back in, then rotate up again. Down, out, in and up.

Make sure you keep your elbows lifted the whole time!
