Apex Nutrition (http://www.apexnutritionllc.com). Sometimes, there's just no way to get a workout in outside the house (in my world anyway). Here's how to do one of my favorites...a 4000-rep jumprope workout! Want even more, I offer full nutrition/wellness plans!

The counting -
For each different style jump, I jump 800 times. To count, I count to 200, 4 times.
With the double foot jump, I count every other jump to 100 = 200.
With the forward/back side/side, I count 25 sets of these 8 reps = 200.
With the 4 on each foot, I count 25 sets of these 8 reps = 200.
With the scissors front back side side, I count 25 sets of these 8 reps = 200.
With the running, I count every other jump 100 times = 200.
I add intervals with each 200. I increase to my max speed when I'm about 80% done with each 200 rep set.
That's it!

A Simple But Effective Plan To Lose Weight After 40, 50 ,60
The best fitness plan is one that is accessible, comfortable and fun. When you create a good workout, it will make your exercise easier to appreciate and harder to resist. Now you can create your own successful exercise program with these great ideas.

When you are exercising, try playing some of your favorite tunes. Dancing is a wonderful way to get up and get moving. Exercising to the beat of a favorite song can become more like a dance than work. This will help you to quit thinking about how tired you feel so you can have more fun. Working out to music can keep you active for a little longer.

Take along a buddy or two whenever you want to go exercise. Social interaction makes workouts much more enjoyable. If you exercise with a friend, you may find that your workouts seem to go by faster. Having someone come along is motivating. It can be great fun to exercise with friends.

If you are looking to enhance your exercise routine, you should consider workout video games. Instead of focusing on exercise, you will be having fun. When your attention is more focused on the fun aspect of something, you will stick with it longer. That's why it's important to keep exercise fun, because you won't be as aware of your body becoming fatigued. This will allow you to keep with it for a longer period of time.

When starting on your fitness plan, the first thing you should do is to update your workout wardrobe with something that makes you feel attractive. Throwing on some old sweats doesn't exactly make you feel attractive or add to your drive to work out. Having great fitting and fun workout clothes will provide great motivation to exercise.

Be sure you don't continually do the same exercises because you will get tired of them and may stop exercising altogether. Boredom is a large reason in why you may stop exercising. Constantly look for new and exciting exercise routines to stay motivated. This is a vital point, because prolonged breaks from working out tend to make restarting far more difficult.

Give yourself some sort of reward every time you reach a fitness goal. This will help you stick to your weight loss plan. Even something like a few pieces of candy or a new shirt can be a reward. The actual reward doesn't matter so much as its availability and the fact that it keeps your eyes on the prize. It is important that you stay motivated.

You really can enjoy exercising. It should not be something that you hate to do. Exercise offers tremendous opportunity for variety. Keep these points in mind when starting a fitness regime.
