Hamstring Curls Single Leg on the Reformer is an intermediate Pilates Exercise. To get into this exercise alone sit on the end of your long box, Cross your straps and put them on your feet. Flip onto your stomach so that the straps will uncross. If you point your toes and bend your knees you will not lose any of your straps.
Slide forward so that your knees are barely off the edge of the box. Layer your arms on the front of the box. Pull your low ribs in and reach your tailbone long. Pull one leg toward your seat. Repeat on the same leg then switch.
