This is a 15 minute workout that will lift and round your butt while sculpting and toning your inner and outer thighs. Because this is a POP Pilates for Beginners workout, I will give you many modifications for the exercises. Go at your own pace, and rest when you need to. But don't give up!! It will get easier and you will get stronger everyday! Best of all, this is a workout you can do at home with no equipment.

2. Side leg lifts (straight legs)
3. Clamshells
4. Leg Circles (bent knee, smaller)
5. Leg Circles (full range)
6. Grasshoppers
7. Belly Walking (single, alternating)
