LESLEY LOGAN is a PMA Certified Pilates Teacher and has been studying and teaching Joseph Pilates Classical Method since 2005 and 2008 respectively. She also has eight years of retail management experience, and six years managing studios regionally for Equinox fitness clubs. Hooked after her very first class in Orange County, Lesley arranged her schedule to take Pilates classes every day. This enthusiasm moved her to Los Angeles, where Lesley completed a 600 hour Classical Pilates Teacher Training. Soon after, Lesley completed a Masters Pilates Program from The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO, while training elite marathon runners for Nutribullet’s first Los Angeles Marathon. Her love for learning the method didn’t stop there, as she became the Lead Teacher Trainer for Equinox Pilates and led dozens of apprentices through their program from 2012-2016. In 2013 Lesley was voted ‘Best Pilates in Los Angeles’ by Los Angeles Magazine, featured in Pilates Style Magazine, can be seen on PilatesAnytime.com, and recently has completed “The Work,” a masters program taught by one of Joseph Pilates “Elders,” Jay Grimes. Maintaining that Pilates is a unique practice that is right for everybody, Lesley tailors the method for each client. Her goal is to help them connect their mind to their core, creating intentional body awareness so they can move from their center, be taller and stronger than when they walked in. You can find Lesley teaching Mat Classes at Yogaworks in Los Angeles or instructing private clients at Westwood Pilates. She also offers online business courses for beginning to advanced Pilates instructors, studio owners and teacher trainers at her website, ProfitablePilates.com, and leading groups on Pilates retreats.

A Simple But Effective Way To Lose Belly Fat After 40, 50 ,60
The two main reasons people don't reach their fitness goals are lack of commitment and lack of education about diet and exercise. Here you will see some ideas that can help make exercise interesting and fun, which can lead to improved results.

If you typically do not listen to music when you are working out, you should definitely try it out. Upbeat music has been proven to improve mood. It will boost your energy, lift your spirits, and get those toes tapping to the rhythmic beat. Your workout will be more fun and enjoyable if you use this to take your mind off of it.

If someone close to you has their own weight loss goals, think about teaming up. You can have the fun of a workout buddy and the support of tracking your progress together. In addition, both of you can set up small competitions. By talking to friends while exercising, it can make the time go by faster. Losing track of what you are doing will make your workout go more quickly.

One of the new ways in which entertainment and working out have been mixed together is through video game workouts. Many times you will forget that you are exercising. When you do a workout you enjoy, you tire less quickly and won't get frustrated.

Looking good helps you feel your best. This allows you to be more comfortable when you hit the gym. Try to get some workout apparel that will fit your body comfortably. Just be sure that it is something that you don't feel self-conscious wearing. If you look good, you will be motivated to workout at the gym.

If you do the same exercises all the time, it is likely that you will want to quit doing them eventually. If you become bored with your routine, you are more likely to quit working out. Keep your routines interesting and fun by switching everything around occasionally. It's imperative that you keep exercising, because it can be very hard to get going again once you have stopped.

Anytime you achieve a fitness objective, make sure to treat yourself to something special. Reward yourself in order to stay motivated. It doesn't need to be a big reward. It just needs to be something that makes you happy and keeps you motivated. You should decide to reward yourself with something that you really want such as new clothes or a fun activity.

Exercising does not have to be a drag. You can have fun and make more progress with a few simple alterations. The tips in this article will make your workouts more entertaining.
