Justine Moore: Reverse Hyperextensions for Tighter Glutes and a Stronger Lower Back

This is one of my favorite exercises to isolate the glutes and lower back. It might look easy, but trust me you will feel the burn!

You can perform this exercise on an incline bench (as shown) or on a stability ball. For added resistance you can wear ankle weights. Be sure to really squeeze the glutes hard at the top of the motion, and use control throughout each set. I like to finish my glute workouts with 3 sets of 15 reps.
