Here are some exercises to build strength using just your body weight. Keeping your body strong is essential to optimal performance on the pitch, and with this workout, you can train for strength anywhere, anytime.

Full workout with reps and sets:

Squats - 3 sets of 10 reps
Lunges - 3 sets of 10 reps
Static Leg Extensions - 10 seconds each leg, 3 sets
Calf Raises - 10 reps each leg, 3 sets
Hip Thrusts: 3 sets of 10 reps
Static single leg hip thrust - 30 seconds each leg, 3 sets
Wall Sits - Hold for one minute, 3 sets
Triceps Dips - 3 sets of 10 reps
Pushups - 3 sets of 10 reps
Pullups - 3 sets of 10 reps
Russian Twists - 10 each side, 3 sets
V ups - 3 sets of 10 reps
Plank - Hold for one minute, 3 sets
