  • 1/two crimson onion
  • 1/two jalapeño, seeds removed 
  • two cloves garlic, minced
  • fresh cilantro leaves, to flavor
  • 1-two tbsp canola or olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)
  • salt, to flavor
  • 1/two lime, juiced

Guidance

  1. In a meals processor, pulse tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and minced garlic until eventually evenly chopped.
  2. Increase cilantro, olive oil, sugar, and salt. Pulse to crack up cilantro leaves. Stir in lime juice. Flavor and modify seasoning.
  3. Refrigerate and allow marinate for thirty minutes or more in advance of serving to allow flavours to meld.
