Yoganuary is a 31-day yoga challenge that I am bringing you every day (VIDEOS TO BE UPLOADED AT 6AM) throughout January to not only help work on your movement and tone those bodies, but to hopefully teach you about lots of other aspects of yoga. All I ask of you is to open your mind, get on your mat and spend a little bit of time there every day.

I filmed this on my Olympus Pen E-PL7. I didn't need lights for this video, but when I do, I use these studio lights - http://goo.gl/2Wft41

Doing the same fitness routine every day will soon lead to boredom. If your workouts aren't enjoyable, you're unlikely to stick with them. The key to keeping yourself motivated and interested is to change your exercise routines on a regular basis. Don't sabotage yourself by allowing yourself to lose interest and stop. Even stopping for a brief time can make it difficult to restart with ease.
Always give yourself a treat after each target you reach. Your reward does not have to be extreme. As long as it motivates you, it is an effective incentive. Get yourself a small candy or a book you've wanted. Pick something that you can easily attain, but have been avoiding. Pick something you really want as a reward for staying focused on your goals.
Exercising is seen as a drag by most of people, but it doesn't necessarily have to be seen as a chore. You can take steps to ensure your workout will be enjoyable and fun. This article contains advice to help you create an enjoyable exercise routine.
