  • 1


    cup cooked, mashed sweet potato




  • 1


    egg




  • 1/four


    cup shredded cheese





  • chopped bacon and jalapeno, optional





  • cooked pulled pork or chicken





  • chopped crimson peppers and onions





  • black beans





  • shredded cheese





  • diced avocado





  • salsa or new tomatoes





  • minced cilantro, optional
