Talia Sutra's 30-minute yoga class focuses on opening the heart through backbends. You will flow through this vinyasa yoga class moving from cat and cow pose, into camel pose and then the splits.
Yoga has so much to offer in helping us realize our fullest potentials. In this yoga series you will connect breath, meditation and asana to rekindle the most powerful mantra: love! This connection will empower you to embrace a practice rich in self-love, non-judgment and deep compassion through 60-minute yoga practices and short yet powerful 10-minute meditations.
This month-long yoga series blends Hatha yoga with Vinyasa-like flows. Each day we will focus on one of the four centers of the body to create activated and healthy chakras. We'll touch the heart with twists and backbends, our solar with hip openers, and roots and sacral areas with core and standing postures. Each corresponding meditation is an opportunity to intentionally reflect and inspire purposeful change within yourself. Most importantly, you’ll learn to come to your yoga practice each day with an open heart and know that with love, all is coming.
I believe that when we make a personal change in our own lives, it changes the design of the entire universe. And when that change comes from love and self-awareness, the possibilities within us are endless.

Start your fitness plan with a trip to the mall to purchase an exercise wardrobe. When you are looking for clothes to work out in, look for items that you feel good wearing as you are working out. Use creativity when picking out your clothing. Use exercise clothes that help you express yourself. If you feel great about the clothing that you wear, you will feel great about exercising in them.
Doing the same exercises everyday is a surefire way to quickly become bored and frustrated with your workout routine. Keeping your workout fun and exciting will motivate you to stick to it and not give up. Keep yourself motivated to exercise by changing your routine. Seek out different methods of working out to mix it up and keep your interest piqued. To make sure you never stop exercising, keep your routine interesting. It can be a struggle to start again if you stop, even if it's only a short break.
When you reach one of your goals, give yourself a reward. Reward yourself in order to stay motivated. Choose a reward for yourself that will help motivate you into reaching your goals. You may decide to see a movie or get yourself a new pair of jeans, for example.
