New to kettlebell workouts? Try this fat burning beginner kettlebell workout! It's a 10 minute circuit that's perfect for stepping up your fitness weight loss journey. This kettlebell workout for beginners combines strength, cardio, bodyweight exercises for fat loss and losing weight. Created and performed by Fat Loss Expert and Master Personal Trainer, Max Barry. Set your interval timer for intervals of 30/30. Complete 1 round of this 10 min kettle bell routine. You can double or triple it, for 20 or 30 minute workouts as well.
