This is a how-to video going over the yin yoga pose, deer. This is one of my favorite poses that I find very therapeutic. It’s a great pose for days when you have been sitting or standing all day, or even an awesome pose to end your practice with, as you can use it, not only as a hip opener but as a deep spinal twist.
