As much requested, here is my tutorial on how to build strength to do pull ups. I go over various exercise drills for you to do in the gym that will help you to build strength to do pull ups if performed regularly. When I started attempting pull ups I could only to one or two. By consistently performing these exercises, I was able to build strength to do pull ups as my working sets. If you are not sure how to build strength to do pull ups, these exercises will have you doing pull ups in no time!
