TRISET 1:
Side Kicks (left and right) - 3 sets of 10 reps
Kick Backs (left and right) - 3 sets of 10 reps
Kick Back With Pulse - 3 sets of 4 with 5 pulses

SUPERSET 1:
Isolated Upward Lift (left and right) - 3 sets of 12 reps
Upward Lift (both legs) - 3 sets of 12 reps

SUPERSET 2:
Upward Hip Ups (toes up) - 3 x 10
Isolated Hip Ups (left and right) - 3 x 10

SUPERSET 3:
Crab Walk - 3 sets of 20 reps
