Honey Nut Bars




These straightforward honey nut bars are swift to make and the fantastic grab and go snack!

Components




  • 1
    cup
    unsweetened shredded coconut


  • 1
    cup
    almonds


  • 1/2
    cup
    pecans


  • 1/2
    cup
    walnuts


  • 1/2
    cup
    shelled sunflower seeds


  • 1/4
    cup
    coconut oil


  • 1/4
    cup
    raw honey


  • 2
    tbsp
    collagen
    (optional)


  • 2
    tbsp
    floor flax seeds
    (optional)




Instructions




  1. Include all the elements to a food items processor. Pulse a few periods just to split them up. 




  2. Process repeatedly for 30 seconds. The elements should really all be broken down into crumb-sized parts. Scrape the edges of the bowl to make confident absolutely nothing is sticking.




  3. Process repeatedly for one more 2 minutes or so, until eventually the elements start off to clump alongside one another and gather into a ball. They could not fully ball up, but process until eventually at least some clumps are forming.




  4. Line a 9"x9" square baking dish with wax or parchment paper and dump the dough on prime. Press the dough with your palms into an even layer. Protect and chill for at least an hour. 




  5. Uncover the chilled dough and transfer to a cutting board. Slice into eight bars or sixteen small squares, as ideal. Retail store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
