In this video I will give an understanding of what a HIIT Tabata is and how to perform is properly. Tabata created by Dr. Izumi Tabata has proven to allow a person to burn fat for up to two days following the four-minute high-intensity drill. The goal is to get close to 170% of your max, whew!... that is really, really fast. This is not a beginner workout and one should absolutely check with their doctor before attempting it. It has proven to give pretty incredible results. I generally don't have my clients go to the 170% of their max when performing this, closer to the 90-95% of max and they still get a pretty intense workout.
