Join Health and Wellness Coach, Caroline Jordan, for an all levels Pilates and Yoga Fusion Workout. In this free, 40 minute exercise video you'll move through classic Pilates, Yoga, and Physical Therapy based exercises designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, boost energy, relieve stress, and develop long and lean muscles. You will work your total body: arms, abs, legs, butt, hips, lower back, upper back, ankles, and feet. Its the perfect combination of strength and stretching that will help your body feel AMAZING. This workout was filmed during one of Caroline's wellness workshop retreats at Solage Resort in Calistoga.

This video routine includes the following:

- Pilates stomach series of 5: Single leg stretch, Double leg stretch, Single straight leg stretch, double straight leg stretch, criss cross.
- Bridge and Hip Work Series (leg lifts, butt work, hip circles)
- Pushups
- Lower Back / Swimming
- Pilates roll ups
- Downward facing dog
- Low Lunge
- childs pose
- Figure Four Hip Stretch
- Spine Twist
- Seated Forward Fold
- Final relaxation pose (corpse pose or savasana)

The sequence is suitable for all levels and is perfect if you are looking for great exercise using your body as resistance. You can complete this workout at home, while traveling, at the gym, or outside.
