W O R K O U T S

Home HIIT 1: 20 seconds of Squat Jumps, 20 second Plank, 20 second rest x 10.

Home HIIT 2: 20 seconds of Jump Lunges, 20 seconds of Pushups, 20 second rest x 10.

Home HIIT 3: 20 seconds of Burpees, 20 seconds of Bicycle Crunches, 20 second rest x 10.

Gym HIIT 1: Treadmill Hill Sprints, 20 seconds, 40 second rest X 10.

Gym HIIT 2. 20 second of Deadlifts, 20 second of Burpees, 20 second rest X 10.

Gym HIIT 3: 20seconds of Push Press to Overhead Extension, 20 seconds of Skipping, 20 second rest x 10.


One HIIT to be used per workout, 20 seconds of each exercise followed by a 20 second rest, each routine is for 10 sets making the workout 10 minutes in total. Enjoy!
