Hold two dumbbells with your palms facing towards your legs, bend your knees and lean forward at the hips, keeping your back straight and looking straight ahead.
Start with arms extended and hanging perpendicular to the floor, then pull both dumbbells towards your chest and to the side squeezing your shoulder blades back.
Return to the starting position and repeat for desired repetitions.
