  • six huge eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • Salt
  • Clean cracked black pepper
  • six oz refreshing spinach
  • six-7 oz toddler artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1½ cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 and grease a nine-inch pie baking dish. (To grease the baking dish, you can spray non-adhere baking spray or rub butter all over the bottom and sides of the dish.)
  2. Incorporate eggs, sour cream, heavy whipping cream, salt and pepper in a huge mixing bowl. Whisk perfectly, until all sleek.
  3. Preheat a pan over medium heat and incorporate some oil for cooking. Include spinach, deal with, and enable it cook dinner down.
